When we have a staff position, we try to make it available to already registered candidates first. Right now, this often means it's filled before we can even post it, so most of the listings below are general descriptions of the positions we've been working on, the average salaries we've come across, and the areas that've been most active.

Web Designers
Web designers with good hands-on skills in Dreamweaver and Flash, send us your resume and online portfolio. If you're not hands-on in these programs, but have good experience designing for the web, we'd still love to hear from you, of course! Do note, however, that requests for these particular skills are growing, indicating the trend is in that direction.
Salary range: $70-110K

Flash Designers & Developers
There is demand for candidates who have excellent hands-on Flash Animation skills, as well as Flash Developers with strong AS3 skills.
Salary range: $70-110K

Print Production Artists
Strong print production artists with excellent skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop remain in demand for corporate work, but we see more and more requests for people who have both web and print experience.
Salary range: 45-65K

Print Graphic Designers and Art Directors
Our client base covers a large variety of industries and types of firms, so it does not matter whether you've worked in a Design Firm, Ad Agency or Inhouse Creative Department. Client calls have been a mix, with financial showing the most activity.
Salary range: $60-85K


DESIGN

We recruit Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Design Directors and Creative Directors for our many prestigious clients, which include advertising agencies, graphic design firms and Fortune 500 companies.

As each of our clients, each of our job openings is highly individual with very specific needs and requirements.

We have many clients who require skills, both creative and engineering, for various web/interactive, powerpoint presentation and Video positions. These skills include, but are not limited to, HTML, Flash, Actionscript, AfterEffects, FinalCutPro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint.

Production artists with good skills in FinalCutPro, AfterEffects and Fireworks have opportunities in Agencies and the corporate and financial sectors.
