You can email contact@croshak.com to let us know of your weekly availability for freelance assignments. Make sure you're on the list if you're available!

You can also use this email address to send us updated resumes and changes in your contact information. Make sure to keep that information up to date, so we can reach you when we have an interesting opportunity for you. If you have registered for freelance, also note that a change of address will require a new W4. Advise us of address changes and ask us to email you the appropriate forms.

Time Sheets
Please remember to get your Time Sheets signed at the end of each week. Fax us a copy immediately so that we can make sure you are in the most current payroll and mail us the originals right away. Although we can put you in the current payroll based on a faxed copy of your Time Sheet(s), we cannot hand out a paycheck without the original(s).
