				Cheryl Roshak and Associates was founded in 1989, a time when computers were becoming a creative force in graphic design- and well before the term 'new media' was even coined. As such, we were the first recruitment firm to fully understand the importance of digital technologies in corporate communications.
				Every year we fill hundreds of positions- from creative directors to print production specialists- for many of the most prestigious new media, advertising, publishing, and design firms in the country.
				Like all of the recruiters at CRA, Cheryl Roshak had many years of hands on experience as an art director, and graphic designer. She earned her BFA from Michigan State University and received a full postgraduate scholarship to The School of Visual Arts. Before founding CRA, Ms. Roshak was a Senior Vice President at the New York recruitment firm Jerry Fields Associates.
